Participation fee is Php 300 to cover the cost of materials.
When you sign up, you will need to enter your Official Receipt or Provisional Receipt number in the registration form.

2) Please email accountingmanager@unionchurch.ph with the information about your deposit - your name, contact details, and the amount. Please write BREAK FREE Retreat in the subject line.
3) UCM Accounting will acknowledge your text or email within 24 hours after receipt of such. A scanned copy of the Official Receipt will be emailed to you within 3 working days from the date your giving was received.
CASH PAYMENT
1) Cash payments are accepted:
a.
Mondays to
Fridays, from 8 AM - 5 PM at the UCM Accounting Office on Level 4. Please look for Rochelle.
b. At the Discipleship Desk at the Fellowship Hall in between the worship services on October 5 & 12.
When you receive your Official Receipt or Provisional Receipt, please take note of the number and enter it in the Registration Form.
